Has both fixed gear .. as well as a free wheel gear .. flip the rear tire to alternate between the two choices . Tires hold air and size is 28x1 .. needs a few odds and ends like a master link … some brakes could possibly be in one’s favor.. no trades ..price is firm .. thanks for looking .
