Sturdy metal loft bed frame (twin mattress) with lounge chair and entertainment shelf. VERY sturdy—I think it squeaked ONCE the entire time I’ve owned it. The ladder rungs are wide and flat, which makes them more comfortable to step on than round rods. The side rails aren’t very tall, so they won’t stop you from rolling out of bed. Blankets tucked under the mattress will stay in place FOREVER. They’ll shift around a bit, but I’ve never had a sheet come loose and fall off the side while using this bed frame. The lounge chair is an outdoor chair from Amazon, it’s not very cushy, but it’s firm and durable. I used a squishmallow for back support. I’d recommend adding an ottoman if you are tall. The entertainment shelf was originally supposed to be a desk hutch, but it fit perfectly under the loft bed and worked well as a shelf for my game consoles and a small TV—I propped a box in front of it to keep it steady, the base is narrow and a little tipsy. I LOVED this setup in my room, it saves so much of space and I’m very sad to part with it. Unfortunately I’m moving and the ceilings are too low for a loft bed in my new place.
