Good condition Pace American cargo trailer! 6 ft wide by 10 ft long with a v-nose that reduced wind drag. 6.5 ft of head room inside! Purchased new in 2019 and has been lightly used. 15-inch tires that are about half worn. 2" hitch and full size spare.

It has been converted into a basic camper and features: Double-size murphy bed that folds up & latches against the wall when not in use with 4" foam mattress, wood shelving in the front, multiple hooks for hanging items, magnetic bug screens on both rear and side doors, interior latch for side door, sliding window on side, metal roof vent, insulation on ceiling to retain heat and to make rain/hail quieter, Interstate 12V deep-cycle battery with small solar panel, USB charging ports, interior and exterior LED lights, leveling block, and two stabilizer jacks. Any or all of the camper features can be easily removed if not needed.
