I purchased a 1995 GMC Yukon as a daily driver and it had this lift kit on it. I actually plan to lower the Yukon so I removed this kit.
All the brackets are present, but the future owner will have to source some hardware.
The rear leaf springs provide a 3” lift in addition to a 3” lift block. The leaf springs are still on my Yukon. I’d “trade” leave springs, but the buy would have to pull the existing leaf springs.
