This is a Dell Optiplex 3070 machine in the mini tower form factor. Plenty of USB ports, has a DVD drive, quiet fans, recently repasted CPU.

It has:

- Intel i3-9100 processor

- 8GB RAM (2x4GB)

- 256 NVMe SSD

- Open x16, 3 x1 PCIe slots

- Space for 1 3.5in and 2 2.5in drives

Toss in a small GPU and have a great little gaming box or just have a capable web browsing and office focused machine. Note this doesn't have wifi, but would be easy to add via m.2, USB, or PCIe.
