lots of time and love was spent to get the interior to look so cute. My wife and I bought it to come stay in it when we visited my parents but now we live here and no longer need. It has new floors and has been painted white inside. The table folds into a bed. The bathroom is very large and spacious which is the reason we got this particular trailer. Everything functions; heater, ac, water pump, water heater, fridge, slideout, awning. We just upgraded to a tankless water heater to use less propane. The fridge will run on shore power or propane. 3 burner stove with oven. Has a really nice bed. the awning material is starting to wear, it still functions as is. 26ft long 4,700lb dry.
