We originally purchased this bird as a pullet and are still not 100% convinced it’s a rooster. It has fairly dark barring and rounded saddle feathers that look very hen-like, but recently it started crowing every morning. 😂 See video.

Rooster or crowing hen, unfortunately the result is the same for us and we can’t keep a crowing bird where we live.

Healthy, active, and has been raised with our backyard flock since it was a chick. Free to a good home. Would love for it to go to someone with a flock or property where crowing isn’t an issue.
