Are you looking for your next best friend and trusty steed? Look no further! Boone is a four-year-old beautiful blue roan gelding as sweet as they come. After putting 60 days on him the spring of his 2-year-old year, he got laid off for the summer to recover from OCD surgery. When I started riding him again in the fall of his 2-year-old year, we were able to pick up right where we left off. He picks up his leads with ease, has a solid stop, and a good turnaround. He loads and unloads effortlessly, stands for the farrier, is great to tack up, and overall is an easy keeper. He is the kind of horse that will meet you at the gate ready to go to work and truly just wants to be your friend. He is cowy and willing to please. I've roped the dummy and tracked steers on him, taken him through the barrel pattern, and ridden him on the trails in Arizona. He would make someone a great trail or ranch horse and a great companion! He is such a cool horse and deserves to go to a home that is going to love him!
