This van is genuinely hard for me to let go of, but I am moving out of the US

I have immune problems so I selected materials and designed the van to effectively minimize exposure to formaldehyde/VOC's and other harmful construction/manufacturing chemicals, the van also comes included with a HEPA air filter, activated carbon water filter and other features to promote a healthy environment, the van feels like a mini health sanctuary of sorts.

Aside from that the van is packed to the brim with features and is quite comfortable to take on weekend trips and even live in if you choose.

The vehicle itself is a 15 passenger chevy van, it has a very powerful and robust drivetrain and can tow just about anything you would ever need to, it's L96 + 6L90 drive train is known to be one of the most reliable chevy has produced - known to last to 300,000+ miles with proper maintenance. When I bought the van at ~130,000 miles, I swapped or serviced every fluid on the entire vehicle, not to mention the previous owner had the van on a maintenance schedule (was previously used as a private school bus).
