The BRUTUS 12" Flooring Cutter is a blunt blade tool that quickly cuts end pieces to be covered with base molding. Made with a heavy-duty steel frame and a zinc-plated carbon steel blade, this cutter rips through flooring with a powerful push of the handle. The blunt, non-sharp blade prevents laminate from splitting. The compact design makes this cutter easy to transport from job to job or room to room. This cutter will not produce dust and may be safely used indoors without compromising air quality. This saves installers the time it takes to walk outside for every cut. This cutter will effectively cut laminate flooring up to 12" wide and 10 mm thick, and vinyl planks up to 12" wide and 4 mm thick. All cut edges should be placed against the wall and under a baseboard.
