ZelleOffered is a beautiful 1991 Rolex GMT-Master ref. 16700 Pepsi, accompanied by its original box and papers.
The watch features an exceptionally clean original tritium dial with attractive warm patina, paired with a beautifully faded Pepsi bezel insert that gives the watch tremendous vintage character.
The case has been previously polished and is not being represented as unpolished. That said, it remains a solid example with good proportions and plenty of material remaining. The Oyster bracelet is in excellent condition and presents very well.
The hands appear period-correct and complement the dial nicely. Under UV, there is some variation in their response compared with the dial, so their originality or possible previous lume work cannot be definitively confirmed.
The movement was recently checked and regulated for timing and is running well.
The reference 16700 holds a special place in Rolex history as the final reference of the original GMT-Master line, produced alongside the GMT-Master II before its discontinuation in 1999.
Overall, this is an attractive, honest and highly wearable early 16700 with a gorgeous tritium dial, faded Pepsi insert and desirable full-set provenance.
