I received it from Amazon with the red zone 2 pre-out not working. I pointed out the pre-out with a yellow arrow on the last picture. Zone 2 can still be used if you use the speaker terminals instead of the pre-outs. All other pre-outs work perfectly. Technically it is not new since I used it for one day while I waited for the replacement to arrive. This AVR retails for $1850 brand new.

It includes the remote, audyssey mic, mic stand, original box, and any other accessories that were originally included.
