Think you can spot a good deal in seconds?

Seasoned KSL Classifieds shoppers often know right away when a listing price feels about right. But how accurate are those instincts?

Now you can test them. KSL has launched a new price guessing game called “Price It,” available right inside the KSL Classifieds app. This new KSL app game shows real items from the marketplace and challenges players to guess the price as closely as possible to earn points.

If you enjoy browsing listings, hunting for great deals, and a little friendly competition, Price It adds a fun new twist to the KSL Classifieds experience.

How the Price It game works

The daily classifieds game features five real listings from the KSL marketplace. Your challenge is simple: look at the item and guess how much it costs.

For every listing, you’ll see:

• A photo of the item

• Helpful details such as item condition or listing information

• A 20-second timer to submit your guess

The game includes a wide variety of items, from small collectibles to muscle cars. When vehicles appear, you’ll also see helpful details like model year and mileage to guide your guess.

Open the KSL Classifieds app each day to get a new set of listings and see if you can improve your score. Because the price guessing game is tied to your account, you can play once per day per account. If you start a round but need to step away, you can come back later and finish the game.

Move up the leaderboard

Each guess is worth up to 100 points, so with five items in the game you can earn as many as 500 points per day. Your score depends on how close your guess is to the actual listing price. Guess it exactly and you’ll earn the full 100 points. Get close and you might land in the 80s or 90s. Miss by a wide margin, and your score will reflect it.

Once you finish the game, check the daily leaderboard to see how you stack up against other players. The leaderboard highlights the top 10 players of the day, but you’ll also be able to see your own position and compare your score with players ranked just above and below you.

You can even tap on other players’ profiles to view their active listings and see what they’re selling on KSL Classifieds. The game also tracks your daily streak, so come back each day to build momentum and climb the leaderboard.

And if your friends are playing Price It, you can share your score to challenge them, claim bragging rights, or just celebrate a great round. A little friendly competition makes the game even more fun.

One of the best parts of the KSL app game is discovering listings you might not have searched for on your own. Because the game pulls items from across the KSL marketplace, you’ll see a wide variety of products.

After you finish guessing the prices, you can revisit all five listings from the day’s game and explore the full item details. It’s a fun way to browse the marketplace and maybe even stumble across your next great deal.

And who knows, one day an item you’re selling might show up in the game for others to guess the price.
