This is a very nice piece. Large Mid-Century Modern Genuine Original Painting Signed Renauld.

Dimensions are 30"x40" PLUS the large frame (Approx. 39-1/2"x49" with frame)

Its watercolor on paper, and it's behind glass in the frame, so it's been well protected, but there may be some reflection in the photos due to the glass.

It's in the original frame, framed and sold by Eastern Art Products, Chicago

You can see from the label on the back that it is titled Village Street , In frame 169 White Wine, However someone over the years painted over the front side of the frame with a terracotta color paint. which could probably be removed without too much trouble if you would prefer the original finish.

Overall, it's in great condition, the paper on the back is torn as you can see, and there are a few minor scuffs on the outside edged of the paint on the outside of the frame.
