I have a watercolor painting of a house on the beach with boats in the sand. It is signed by Utah artist Marian Dunn and dated ‘88. It is in a gold frame that is 18 1/4 inches wide and 16 1/4 inches tall. It has picture wire on the back for hanging. I have other paintings by this artist too.
