Ok we started making jam last night with our Red Blood Plums and going to do White Peaches, Black Currant, Elderberries, Almond,, White Himrod Grapes, Peppermint, Comfrey, raspberry leaf, spearmint, alfalfa preserving workshop next 3 days.
