This is a little boys, size 4, Cat & Jack sweater. It is new and still has tags, but has a couple spots (see photos). The spots should come out in the wash. Since it has tags, I've never tried. I believe the spots are from a concentrated bubble solution my kid spilled. Color is Oatmeal Heather, so it hides it well if for some reason it doesn't come out.

I don't remember how much these go for at Target, but similar sweaters sell between $16-$20, but most are sold out.
