What you’re looking at is a set of tubular CX/Gravel tires.

The free hub is 11 speed.

Mercury branded skewers included.

The front tire/rim has no known issues.

The back rim has taken a hit and while true [ie no wobble] it does register when the brake is applied.

The tires [Challenge LIMUS 28X33] as you can see have a season or three left depending on how much you ride. Both tires will hold a full charge of air for several weeks. No flaws there to my knowledge.

With a replacement of the rear rim these wheels would be ready for more action permanently. If you don’t mind the bump in the rear while braking they’re ready now!

No cassette included in this sale.

No idea on cost for rim replacement but the parts included here are worth the asking price IMO.
