Condition: Bike is in good working order and rides great. There are some light scuff marks on the frame — normal wear for a cyclocross bike that's been ridden and raced as intended, not abused. There's tape over the power meter's battery/cover on the crank arm — this is intentional and should stay in place, as that cover has come loose and fallen off before if untaped.
