Doc is a buckskin half draft, he is 1/2 Percheron 1/2 quarter horse, he stands at 16 hands and is over 1500lbs(last we checked) and wears a #4 shoe! We’ve used him in all a aspects of ranch work! He’s super cowy and very athletic, along with a great disposition that he passes onto his foals! We have roped bulls, cows, doctored calves and brand calves on him every year! We have packed deer, elk and salt with no problems! We trailer him next to geldings and mares, as well as working all day long next to them with no issues! My wife rode him all winter while she was pregnant, and my son has rode him with me since he was 3 months old! He adds bone and the perfect amount of size to his foals! Videos of him working upon request! Sorrel is one of Doc’s coming 3 yr olds I started last year! The black is another one of Doc’s 2 year olds they are both doing great!
