Beautiful decomposed granite for your pathways and patios. Decomposed granite is a finely crushed and weathered rock. Decomposed granite compacts down tight. It has rock chips and finer material that can be as fine as sand. 1/4" and smaller. This is the nature of the decomposed granite and is what gives it the tight compaction. This material gives you a way to create spaces that are not only beautiful but functional when trying to keep a natural feel to your outdoor areas. This product is normally priced at $60/ton which is equivalent to $90/cubic yard. This is amazing stuff!
If you want a true desert landscape, using this product works great as a planting medium for cactus or cacti. We have professionals use our products for this every year!
Side Notes:
**When this material is delivered, it appears powdery. This is normal for this product. After the product is placed, compacted and wet down, the finer material compacts down and the bigger rock stays on top.
Hours for Spring and Summer: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm, Saturdays 9am-1pm, CLOSED Sunday and major Holiday Weekends.
