Original oil painting by Edward Bledsoe. Framed size about 29”x 23”. It is untitled. My husband purchased in Louisiana at a yard sale. Edward Bledsoe was a native of Louisiana, and grew up in the Stoner Hill section of Shreveport. He spent most of his adult life in prison, and died in 1999 after rescuing a friend from a house fire. Edward was a gentle spirit that learned to paint in prison by watching another artist.
