Winter storms coming! Your Porsche Cayenne is excellent for traction and control when you have winter tires which makes such a huge difference that it makes sense to get a second set of wheels to make a quick change or change back. It's quick and easy because it's just five lug bolts per wheel. That's far better than trying to miss the rush at tire shops when everyone is trying to get tire changes at the same time. It saves from changing tires on the same one set of wheels. Tires on rims don't take any more storage space than tires alone.
Winter tires make a huge difference over all-season.
Wheels will sell for more before the first snow, so purchase off-season.
Check my other listings for more wheels. I want to make some space by moving out one wheelset.
Photograph featured: Direct from the Porsche factory. New. Never on a car. You paid for performance. Get traction performance fitting of your Cayenne with a second set of factory wheels to always have tires matching the season. Winter conditions will be here soon. I will be using my other set of slightly used winter tires as soon as conditions drop below 45 degrees because the softer rubber compound is made for that while the "all season" rubber compromises on that. When cold, all season tire rubber is hard and like plastic, it is low friction and slides around. Is the greater performance of winter tires something you can forgo? Don't want to test the performance of your air bags? How much difference will it make? Technically, none, IF you don't have a collision! Actually, the traction difference in winter is amazing! I choose the extra traction for extra collision avoidance capabilities. I have extra sets of wheels for my three Cayennes because I optimize and don't trouble myself with tire changes on one set of wheels. Optimize as only the tire tread touches the pavement. I'll be selling a Turbo S, so I don't need as many extra wheelsets, though it's so much easier to change wheels than having tires changed for those who only have their one set of wheels. I have a new set of drag radials for street and track performance, too. For economy wheel sets, see my other listings for used Porsche Cayenne Wheels.
