This does lay down completely flat. In photo I just unrolled it,and looks like it's wrinkled. FYI
Quality built. Carpet on top with thick rubber to hold it in place. Great for when your taking boat into camping lakes like Powell, or others where sand is brought into boat. Saves original carpet. Easy to wash out.
Rolls up when not used. Weighs about 50 lbs
Sold boat no longer need I paid almost $700 for it.
