Pickup Time Policy: Scheduled pickup times include a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the $30 deposit will be kept as a late fee and pickup will need to be rescheduled. If you let me know ahead of time that you’re running late, we can reschedule and your deposit will still apply toward your rental
