Lionel compatible Williams Jersey Central FM Trainmaster. This is a replica of the largest and arguably the best running Postwar engine that Lionel ever produced. FM's were first produced in 1954. They were desireable because of their pulling power, good looks, and smooth operation. Rarest of these diesels was the 2341 Jersey Central made in 1956 only. It was only put in train sets-not ever sold separately. Super rare from the beginning.

This Williams replica engine has highly detailed accurate casting work on the cab(identical to the original Lionel Postwar version) , has all metal drive gears, dual(2) vertical can motors, heavy duty reversing unit, remote uncouplers on both ends, and lights in the cab. It is also heavy. It is built like a tank and a very smooth operator. The color of bright orange, dark blue and the metal chrome railings make this a standout!.
