This Christmas out is new with tags. It will fit a dog size small probably upto a large. Please check the measurements in the pictures to make sure it will fit your little one. The ribbon around the weights is adjustable or you can take some off if needed. And the hat has the adjustable drawstring. All my items come from a smoke free home.
