I have a light gray tote bag with a picture of Washington, D.C. it says National Archives in red. It is kind of a satiny material. It has 2 black handles. The inside is black with one zippered pocket. It is 16 inches across and 12 inches tall (without the handles). One side has a really light water mark along the top so I’m asking just $4.
