A MILITARY surplus vest has three soft inserts in velcro pockets, one in rear pocket and one in each from pocket. Has ddouble lapping velcro closing at the front. No plates are included which would be for increased protection. Size is MEDIUM. Vest condition would be nearly NEW, as in showing little if any wear.
