This Balera brand of tap shoes runs small. It's a size 11, but my daughter wore them when she was a 9 and 10. I also have a size 10 for sale, you can try them both on.

There is a little wear, and the buckle is missing the little metal piece, but seems to hold well.

Color is carmel or beige. Has some scuffs. Kid to kid sells used tap shoes for $10. Brand new ones are $30. Selling for $5.
