ZelleSuper rare full carbon fiber Trek Madone 6.7 SSL H2 road bike for sale.
Shimano Dura Ace / Ultegra build w/ Race Lite wheels = total weight of only +/- 15.5 lbs.
This ultra-light-weight build + proven, multiple Tour de France winning geometry + race level Shimano groupset make this Madone a beast in the canyons as well as down in the valley. It is one of the lightest production frames Trek has ever built... and was hand-built and hand-painted in Trek's Waterloo, WI factory--not in Taiwan--where ALL of Trek frames are now fabricated.
** $6800 new **
54cm frameset
Typical light wear from normal normal riding.
Very well maintained and in very good condition overall. No crashes or damage of any kind. Ever.
Fresh tune + new SupaCaz Prizmatik bar tape + newer rear tire and newer Bontrager Anja Elite saddle--which is both light and comfortable.
With a lighter wheelset and a few other tweaks this bike could be 14-ish pound bi.
Dura Ace crankset, front derailleur and brakes.
11 speed Ultegra shifters and rear derailleur.
This is the H2 geometry version of this frame... meaning it is slightly less "aggressive" than the H1 version. So, H2 would typically be more suitable for typical rider / amateur racer... and H1 would be the "pro" fit version--with a more slammed / aero position right out of the box.
Ideal rider height for this 54cm frameset will be someone in the 5'-7" to 5'-11" ish range. And there's still a good bit of steer tube left for precise fitting.
Moving to Hawaii for a while so selling off a few extra bikes.
If you're riding a basic / entry level / alloy frame, this bike will be a game changer for you. The SSL frames are very rare (because they are very expensive). Lightest frames that Trek makes in any given model. Higher grade (more expensive) carbon used--plus hand built in very small quantities. These are pro-level racing frames. (Similar to Cannondale Hi-Mod and Specialized S-Works.) And this is probably the only one for sale anywhere in Utah.
If you are just getting into cycling this is way more bike than you need.... But at this price--why not??? Go big or stay home. :)
Reply with any questions or to schedule a time to check out the bike in person. I'm in the 9th and 9th area.
