Hooper’s Store and 123 House

The playset opens and closes on a hinge. The handle has a hook to latch the set closed for carrying. It’s clean. It comes with all the pieces and characters pictured. It has a few places where the backdrop inside is popping up from the plastic (not damaged though- it seems like the glue failed in those spots). (See photos.) There are a few minor water spots on the backdrop. (See photos.) Oscar (paper) pops up from his garbage can. He is a little worn. Both doors work, but the doorbell on the lower level door does not. The table top is worn and the 123 sign has a small puncture.
