Very healthy, big, and gut loaded. Roughly 2 inches long and fatter than the ones you get at pet stores. They grow up on a diet heavy in greens like mustard greens, collard greens, and turnip greens. Sometimes diet includes squash and cucumber and other veggie scraps. Other buyers I've had have commented on how much better these are than pet store superworms.
