These are great for a bike that you don't always ride with cleated shoes... but sometimes do.
They're also fantastic for people just learning to ride with cleats... since you can ride with one foot clipped and one foot clipped out... while you get used to clipping in and out.
And great for commuter bikes... school bikes... sometimes you're riding them hard and fast so you wear your cleated shoes... other times you're chilling... wearing flip flips... dress shoes... etc. No more changing pedals back and forth.
Also good for mountain bikes... if sometimes you wear cleats and sometimes you wear flats when you ride.
I love these pedals but I just have a few too many pairs. (Like... 4 or 5 pairs.) Just trying to thin out the parts bins a bit.
Mileage is low... condition is excellent.
