- 10% deposit required to hold dates, balance due at pickup

- Sets up with a ridge pole, 2 uprights and 10 wall poles
- Doors zip closed
- Walls need to be guyed out to stakes (stakes and guy lines included)
- Floor is a separate piece of coated canvas
- Must return clean and dry
- It is older and patched in places, but well maintained, warm, and dry
- Waterproofing is good for a modest rain but you will need to tarp up for heavier storms
- My other listings are all sunforger canvas (wax treated) and shed water very well (much better)
