• Sets up with a ridge pole, 2 uprights and 10 wall poles
• Doors zip closed
• Walls need to be guyed out to stakes (stakes and guy lines included)
• Floor is a separate piece of coated canvas
• Must return clean and dry
• It is older and patched in places, but well maintained, warm, and dry
• Waterproofing is good for a modest rain but you will need to tarp up for heavier storms
• My other listings are all sunforger canvas (wax treated) and shed water very well (much better)
