This is the top of the line best you can get quantum power chair, has all options available, seat raises up/down which is the I-level function, also reclines, etc.. has independent leg lifts, fully adjustable 4 speed forward control, and reverse, also has rear controller for care giver etc.. been sitting for awhile now so batteries are weak and need replacing
