New, Bought at Nordstrom because it caught my eye, thought I’d end up wearing it but never did; call me an impulse buyer if you will. Anyhow, the bag is very nice and everything is clean, basically untouched. You can remove one strap and use it as a shoulder bag and the bag has plenty of room for everyday use.
