Model 98 8mm Bolt Action Airsoft Rifle. Condition: Except for some light sanding on both sides the cheek area & grip of the hardwood stock; the function is excellent. A very realistic Full Size upgraded Replica. The scope mount is unique, but easily accepts any Picatinny/Weaver base-width Rings. The Gas Storage is in the Bolt & the Fill Port is on the top when the bolt is opened & pulled back. Five Brass Cartridges are loaded into the open Receiver for firing & are each extracted by the Bolt. A 8mm BB is inserted into the top opening of each Brass Cartridge before being loaded into the open receiver The Stock is t wee we Walnut Hardwood with a Rubber Butt Plate. The Bolt & Rear Safety are Mauser Design & Operation. Hop-Up Adjustable. Refer to the Screw Head locater on top of the Barrel. Outer Metal Barrel Length 23 1/2”. Smooth Bore Brass Inner Barrel 201/2”. Rifle Overall Length 43 1/2”.
The Operations Manual is for Model Kar98k version of the Rifle, is sufficient for the Sporter.
