VenmoAVON had it right. Put your product in a pretty bottle and your customers will keep it for 50 years! In the 70's AVON produced bottles of every shape and size from a car to Betsy Ross. This one I think my mom bought in 1972. It had Bird of Paradise Foaming Bath Oil in it. The beautiful green glass glows in sunlight. The flame is the cap.
The Avon collectors website says this bottle was produced 1971-1973, so I remembered correctly.
