Hello, This is our family RV that we would love to keep but we need to save the money for a new home, so we have decided to sell. it. It is stored inside a garage and out of the weather. Everything works very well except the generator. The generator needs a valve adjustment and will work well after that. It turns over just fine but will not continue to run until it is adjusted. The rear axle has air bags that i added for extra support for towing and support for heavy side winds while driving. No water damage or water leaks. New transmission was installed by Ford. Updated shocks all around, tire tread is still great. Miles currently is 167K. We also have replacement covers for the seats once the current ones wear out. Solar trickle charger on roof for batteries. Replaced taillights so they are brighter. K&N cold air intake so there is better air flow to the motor. Very clean motor overall.
