All 3 1" 3-ring binders have cosmetic flaws. Both white binders show ink transfers either inside the binder or on the front cover (shown in photos). The black binder has some cleaned off rust spots on the binder rings themselves (shown in photos).

All 3 are fully functional, have clear-view covers, and 2 inner pockets for additional storage (we did lower the price because of the cosmetic flaws)
