Need some space for your mare to foal out? There is an old barn with two paddocks suitable for one or two horses together. Shelter is 20x12 would be good for foaling out. Multiple areas for your use. About 1 acre size-no irrigation, dry lot.

Grass hay available for puchase, Clean and mold-free. Really nice grass hay. $15 for 60# bales or $95 for 750# 3x3x8 bale Grass hay only no alfalfa available.

Individual paddock boarding with or without covered run-in stalls. No barn. Round pen and riding area available. Self-care board is $175 a month per horse for individual paddock; I can feed your hay for an additional $75 per month and you can buy your hay from me. Can clean your droppings for another $120. Space for trailer parking for $35 month. I am not a professional facility! I am a private set-up and just have extra paddocks if you need somewhere reasonable for your horse. I have extra paddocks because both my 28 and 29 year old horses passed away. No professional riding arena, just a dirt riding area that is maintained for use. It used to be my pasture. Boarder areas are clean and maintained. There is pasture area for turn outs, it is dry lot, not irrigated.
