This vintage cast aluminum table base was in my grandparent’s enclosed sunroom. When it was moved outdoors, the glass did not withstand winter freeze and thought. The glass was 3/4 of an inch thick, so the table was built to hold almost 200 pounds of weight. I’ve seen these go for several thousand dollars without the tops. .
