I have a beautiful blue oval plate or dish. The bottom is signed EH. It is 11 1/2 inches by 9 1/2 inches. The color isn’t uniform. There are darker and lighter areas. There is an also a small black mark and what looks to be some letters written by the edge (see the last picture). It is dense or heavy for its size.
