Our houseboat offers more than just a boat to take up lake, you are getting an EXPERIENCE! The boat has been set up so that you don’t have to bring a U-haul down to the lake with all of your toys, you just show up and go play for a week.. Multiple times per summer! Each partner will get 3-4 weeks per season including several prime summer weeks and/or Spring and Fall weeks.
Each Partner is 1/8 owner in the 2007 Majestic Yacht 75’ X 17’ Four Level houseboat located at Wahweap Marina and ALL the toys that come with it. Toys include Two-2021 Sea Doo Spark sleds, 7 paddleboards, 3 Kayaks, Floating Trampoline, multiple towable toys, etc. In addition, the boat comes complete with a set of tools in the event you need to work on your personal boat or maybe there is something you want to fix on the houseboat while you are up lake…we have you covered!
With our houseboat that is located on F Dock, you are able to have the mules drive directly to our boat, which makes it a lot easier to get all the food and other personal items onto the boat. We also have a small boat slip located directly across from the houseboat to park your pleasure boat.
New inr 2025, our vessel has brand new 350 MPI 8-cylinder engines with Bravo II outdrives. Also new for 2025 is a reimagined Solar system featuring 6 new high efficiency 380 Watt solar panels. The goal is to reduce need for running the generator to a minimum except when wanting A/C…
Houseboat partners have a Fixed week every year as part of their share and then we choose and trade for the additional weeks at our annual meeting that is held in the first week of February every year. Recent rule change allows the “Fixed” week to be changed to another available week for a partner’s share. Ask me details.
Currently we have 2 of the partners who have things that have changed in their life and would like to sell their shares. Based on when they purchased and being a “prime” week, one is more flexible on price so contact me for more information on the deal you could make for their share.
SHARE #2 Info: Sale includes PRIME FUTURE Fixed Annual Week #23: Was June 4th- June 11th, 2026 this year but they traded it this year. (Week #23 for 2027 is scheduled for June 10th-16th, 2027) Here are the 4 Amazing weeks this year include the following dates: Week #29: July 16th-23rd, 2026, Week 36: September 3rd-10th, 2026 Week 39: September 24th-October 1st, 2026 and Week #42: October 15th-October 22nd, 2026.
