This is not simply the right to use the boat for one assigned week. Withonly seven owners, the scheduling flexibility is fantastic. It is generally very easy to get the week you want, and depending on availability, owners can often enjoythree or four weeks a year—or potentially more. As an example, there are stillfive weeks available in 2026.

That flexibility is one of the things we have loved most about this ownership group.

Milligan’s Island has been exceptionally well cared for, continuously maintained and upgraded throughout its life. For approximately 17 years, the boat was under a single owner, and today it has a wonderful seven-owner group that communicates well and takes pride in caring for the boat.

Inside, the main salon features a65" television with surround-sound audio, making it a great place to relax after a full day on the lake.

• 12 six-volt deep-cycle house batteries

• Separate starting batteries for each engine and generator

• Dual Marinco 50-amp shore-power circuits

• Garmin navigation/chartplotter

• Upper and lower helm stations

• Bow and stern thrusters

The boat is currently located atBullfrog Marina, Slip O-15, making it easy to load up, head out and start your Lake Powell vacation.

Why Are We Selling?

This is honestly the hard part.

Our family has had a wonderful time on Milligan’s Island and created memories that we will always treasure. We are not selling because of the boat or the ownership group—we genuinely love both.

Our children are now adults and busy building careers and lives of their own. At this stage of our lives, it has simply become more difficult to get everyone together often enough to use the boat the way we once did.

We would love to see our share go to another family or group of friends who will enjoy Milligan’s Island and Lake Powell as much as we have.

A Great Ownership Group

If you have ever considered shared houseboat ownership, the people you own with matter almost as much as the boat.

We have agreat group of only seven ownerswho communicate well, work together and care about maintaining and improving the boat. With only seven ownership shares, there is significantly more flexibility than you find with many houseboats that have 10, 12 or more owners.
