VenmoONE OF A KIND handmade toy pistol (and box) crafted locally (Newton) by a kindly neighbor as a child’s birthday gift nearly 50 years ago.
This is old-school, small town Americana all the way. You will not find another like it.
It still has 5 of the original 6 “bullets” in the cylinder - which spins freely like a real revolver.
The custom box - which was made at the same time (1975ish) - measures 8” x 10”.
The reason it’s in such good shape after nearly five decades is because the kid who received this gift wasn’t allowed to play with it. His dad was worried it would get lost or broken, so he took it from him and it’s been stored away in its box since the 1970s.
Not an easy item to price since it’s a handmade one-of-a-kind piece. Make me an offer.
