Beautiful execution of a charming young woman in a white cashmere sweater and violet satin scarf, with captivating blue eyes and smile. Ornate original period carved wood frame included, also in excellent condition. I am downsizing my extensive art collection. The canvas itself is @ 20 x 24 inches, overall 25.5 x 29 inches. The deep gold carved frame is 3 1/4 inches wide--it alone is worth the asking price. Pictures show lighter than actual rich colors of the painting. Signature looks like "S.
