VenmoI have no idea which models this fits but my research shows it to be an early Beetle and Ghai. New, I unwrapped parts for the picture. I could not find a maker's mark but it may be under the protective tape on the chrome tips.
Roughly about 29" on center on the port opening and about 24" wide, tip to tip.
I purchased these at an estate sale of a former foreign/domestic car mechanic. He had amassed a huge collection of new and used parts from the 1960s up to the early 1990s from what I have identified so far.
