NOTE: The Dana 41 rear axle was used by Jeep from 1946 to 1950. Specifically, it was initially introduced in 1946 on the CJ-2A after a certain serial number. It was also used on the 1946 -1949 CJ-2A, the 1949 4x4-63 Wagon, and the 1949-1950 CJ-3A (up to a certain serial number) before being replaced by the Dana 44.
